by the way, I need a few tips to find a place to study English.

I want to learn IELTS or TOEFL, my purpose of learning english is to study abroad (US may be), but i haven't decided what to study yet, what's the different between them? And what is advantage and disadvantage of each one? i'm so confused right now

I have heard a lot about those big English Center like ILA, ACET, Apolo or VUS... i used to study at ILA for one than 1 year when i was 15, i think their tuition is too high, and only kids study here. In addition, there are many smaller centers such as "việt nam hợp điểm", "seameo", "ngoại ngữ ko gian", "ngoại ngữ phương đông", "IEG" pla pla... i dont know how good their quality is, but they are much cheaper than the others big upthere.

A common point of all the center that their advertisings are so interesting, they are good at everything, tons of courese... studying with them will give student a lot of benefit. pla pla pla

I'm 18 now, studying a university in HCMc, i really need a place to study IELTS or TOEFL :( can anybody give me some advise? i want to study outside because learning at home is to mainstream *or maybe i too lazy lol

p/s: one more thing, i have not done any test for a long time so i don't know where my level is, my last certificate is "bằng B", i achived it when i was at 7th or 8th grade maybe (14years old) and in the in the 2012 exam to the university, i got only 7 marks for my englist test :( so i think my be my grammar is a little bit weak, but speaking and listening is fine, i also play a lot of RPG game
