You download all file *.bmp in folder IMG from Link: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/5w5kjdlrsz565/RTK13 , and download San13pictool from same link, and import all file *.bmp to your game folder.

that's weird. Your data0.s13 is quite larger than mine, which is only few KBs. check your installer
