      good news: It was easier than I thought, the Idle animation is now fine
      I'll hurry to finish it :)

      yes, the bone should be that way
      and I'm afraid that the FiveseveN has some problem
      apparently the author put some "extra work" in to the idle animation to mess it up when someone try to compile it for CS 1.6; it has many extra frames of animation where the gun just goes flying
      I'm trying to rebuild the idle myself with 3DS Max but I don't know what the result can be
      sometimes it doesn't work but I think I could do it

      I got a bone error message when I compiled it :(
      you could ask this guy to rig the AKS74U, he is a nice guy and I know he can rig hand; I will only practice animating from now on and only convert a few models

      I always compile with the HL Compile Tool included in Milkshape 3D so I don't know what's wrong with it :(

      you want help about the problem when your studiomdl.exe crash?
      maybe it's because your output is a model that is bigger than 4mb, or the texture is not in the correct format (256 color, size less than 513x513)

      maybe the UV of the stock was so far off in MS3D that I didn't see it, I only saw the magazine's UV
      when I compiled the model looked small so I didn't notice the stock :|

      well i'm busy animating a lot of stuffs so i haven't touch them yet
      lucky the MSG4 M4 Custom was one of my previous project so I can convert the model you want really quickly, I will upload it tomorrow
      it should take a few days for me to try rigging the AKS74U but I think Friday would be ok

      Ok but I'm not sure what you want with the MSG4 Custom M4
      do you want flip-up Iron sight with other attachments (Nade launcher, grip...) on the M4 or just the M4 with iron sight? :-?

      I'm afraid that I can't compile the M4 CQB
      somehow the names of the bones wasn't in order
      I've seen this before when I first learn how to animate, the exported smd files would be messed up if there were too much bones in the weapon
      I don't know how to solve this, sorry
      I'll get back to rigging the AKS74U

      the author use the .vmt trick on the model to get all attachments on it but only draws out what he need so I am processing the textures and seperate the optics from the mesh
