well basically my delivery package got returned to Japan because of the incompetence of the staffs of the boarding school in which I am residing and the delivery costed me 2k

that is a relatively bìg deal, since my parents have cut my funding and I now rely entirely on the scholarship, which is not much considering all the stupid extra fees my school invented
