"Now, Atlus is jumping on the PSP game train, announcing today that the original Shin Megami Tensei: Persona will arrive for Sony's handheld this fall.

Originally released for the PlayStation in 1996 under the name Revelations: Persona, Atlus' modern-day role-playing game was ported to the PC in 2000. Setting the stage for later installments in the series, Persona told the story of a group of teenage students banding together to repel a wave of interdimensional demons assaulting their city.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona for the PSP marks the second rerelease of the game in the US, the first having come for the original PlayStation in 2000. However, Atlus promises that the newest remake will be a vast improvement over the original, saying that the game has been "fully rebalanced, visually enhanced, and completely relocalized." The developer-publisher expects to announce more details on Shin Megami Tensei: Persona in the near future."

Lolz , 2 cái info quan trọng nhất thì lại không thấy nói tới.
1 là các đọan FMV kì này sẽ được dựng lại và 2 là OST cũng sẽ do Shoji Meguro soạn lại hết, nghe bài op trên official site là thấy hơi hướm của P3 và P4 rồi, sir Shoji cũng sẽ làm director cho bản này.

 

Tận Q3 2009 mới có Eng Version, đợi dài cổ .

 

Lại sắp có cơ hội bước chân vào thế giới Persona 1 lần nữa rồi

 

Hình cũng khá đẹp đấy chứ

 

Cái này thấy giống giả lập chứ remake gì trời ,hình ảnh bê nguyên xi từ bản ps1 qua .

 

Chỉ mới vài hình thôi, khó nhận xét lắm, chắc ko có bê nguyên xi đâu, nói hơi quá

 

lâu lắm rui` mới được thử sức lại bản P1......

nhưng chắc cũng cải thiện ko nhiều đâu....chỉ tội battle hơi nản...còn đâu thì...
mà remake bản 1 ko bít Atlus có dự tính remake bản 2 lun ko...

"Atlus Japan released a nice list of changes and features that will be included in the recreation. Not only will it feature updated graphics, it appears that it will contain extra content too:

New animated movies done by studio Kamikaze Douga.
Rearranged soundtrack done by Shin Megami Tensei composer Shoji Meguro. Yumi Kawamura who sang in Persona 3 will do vocal tracks for Persona.
Supports 16:9 widescreen mode with a new user interface.
Additional dungeon floors have been added to the Sebek Chapter (main story) and Snow Queen Chapter. Watch out for new elements and tricky gimmicks.
Rebalanced gameplay with a tweaked encounter rate.
Considered to be more "user friendly" since players can pick the level of difficulty.
Battle loading times are 2/3rds faster compared to the original. During enemy encounters animations can be skipped. Sounds similar to Persona 2: Eternal Punishment.
Extra save points are added as well as a quick save feature.
A revised city map with a top down view and highlighted landmarks. The original Persona had a simple 3D over world map similar to Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne."
