4-4-2 chỉ để train wing,stamina,set pieces là không bị phí,nhược đỉểm thì nhiều vô kể,đặc biệt là không có hàng tiền vệ mạnh như 3-5-2,công không bằng 3-4-3,thủ không bằng 5-x-x nhưng lại có sự cân đối giữa đội hình. 3-5-2 để train PM,wing,stamina,set pieces,đôi lúc có người train short pass ưu điểm có hàng tiền vệ mạnh,là đội hình được ưa thích nhất trong Hattrick.
