Yes, you are reading that correctly. Jetpack Joyride will be coming out on PSN again. This time not as a minis game, but as a native PS3 and Vita title. Big Ant Studios handled developement of this free version for the original creator Halfbrick.

Because this is a full PSN title, that means things like leaderboards and trophies will be present.

Look for it today on the PlayStation Store in Europe and on December 31st in North America. If you bought the minis version of the game, will you play this version as well?

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 has more open spaces



Famitsu this week has new details on One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2, coming to PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in Japan on March 20, 2013, and to PlayStation 3 in Europe during summer 2013.

A sequel to the first game, launched this year, was envisioned during its development. The first game was meant to be a reproduction of One Piece. With the sequel, the team is looking into the game characteristics that were incomparable. The team’s first hurdle was, “To what extend should the characters appear on screen?”

Compared to the first game, the stages now have more ups and downs, and open spaces. In that way, you really can’t compare it. Additionally, the first game’s combo flow was reviewed and is being improved upon in the sequel.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 is currently 80 percent complete.
